How old do you have to be to work at Bruster's Annapolis?

At least 16. The labor laws restrict those younger than 16 from working past 7 on school nights. 7 and after is usually when we have the largest number of customers. There have been times in the past when we have hired those younger than 16 to work some daytime hours, but it is extremely rare.
