How come there's nowhere to sit at your location?
We wish we could have seating outside, really. Unfortunately the layout of our parking lot and serving area really does not lend itself to it. We have thought about putting benches on the sidewalk under the overhang, but it would get in the way of those waiting and the local authorities might not let us because exits might be blocked. We don't really have the parking spaces to spare to create a picnic area out front. We could do something behind the building, but no one goes there to park, so I doubt they would go to eat ice cream. We'll continue to look at it, we'll see who eventually moves into the other side of our building and maybe someday we can make our outside area more enjoyable.

Nathan's?
why doesn't your "partner" Nathan's Hot Dogs move into the other side of your building?
exterior use
if the area between the two buildings had better lighting, and the area in the back had more lighting and signage to indicate that there was parking there, you might attract more people to sit at tables in those locations.
Exterior Seating
Both are decent suggestions. First I would have to operate the Nathans, we could have put it in when we opened, we opted not too. Hot dogs just aren't my thing and we'd rather go home smelling like vanilla rather than grease. As for the side driveway, that is actually owned by the 1411 side of the complex, the two buildings are separately owned. We're just a lowly tenant and getting the outside of those buildings to be better for customers takes cooperation from two landlords that is really hard to make happen. Really we just need to win the lottery, buy the whole complex, and redo the entire thing :)
